The data from these charts proves that the FAA and Port lie when they claim that runway 4 is used only when weather and wind conditions dictate its use. BAAN contends that the increase in air traffic FROM Runway 22 TO Runway 4 and 31 express are for the benefit of the airlines and show an unmitigated disregard for noise sensitive areas and people living under the flight patterns.
